How to remove "Gallery is Empty" warning

Hi everyone,
I almost done updating my website but I came across an issue that I can't figure out. On my ABOUT page, I'm only using the background image with no photo uploaded into the gallery. Is there any way of removing the "Gallery is Empty" message to viewers?
