Friends & Family in new SmugMug?

So, is there a way to do this now, with the New SmugMug, 5 years later? I really don't see *any* Family/Friends Edit options anywhere now by the way. Considering switching back to Legacy SmugMug because of this. I added a SmugMug member as Family, which works (that is to say, she has a nick on SM and that nick displays under the Family listing), but I don't see any Family Edit settings anywhere on the site, not under settings, not under social, nowhere.

Given that there is a help page I assume it should work. Hopefully a smug hero will jump in here...

"In your gallery settings, you can allow friends and/or family to edit captions and keywords for that gallery."
No, it's not there.
And if there is some dependency for those to appear, please say so *at that place!* in the help pages, because really, I have no clue where to go or what to do (been looking for answers for hours already, with my wife waiting to be able to get the proper access I want to give her).
The help pages also show 'Sharpening' by the way, which is missing in my Gallery Settings as well (sadly..).
When Help pages are not current with what's actually seen by the user, that's a really bad sign i.m.o. (I almost feel sorry I paid for a year a couple of weeks ago..). If I would have known access would be so horribly hard to create for family/friends, I would not have done it through SmugMug and kept it all with my private hosting and Gallery 3 installation..
But - the help pages for legacy smugmug say that sharpening is for power and pro (portfolio & business) sites only. I don't know if that is still the case in the new smug. What level of smug site do you have?

The thing that's really odd is that the help page I linked to before has a section in it for the new smug.

It might be worth your contacting the help desk (or waiting to see if someone from there jumps in to this conversation).

Having said that it appears that it can't find any of the nicknames I enter either for family or friends.
I tried it from their sites, then re logged in and something worked...they are now showing.
