I have studied this photo in detail and have found but one flaw with it, glaring flaw I might add. I didn't take it! Great shot.

Crisp and clear shot with a smile that makes my day...

    Nice shot!

    Two things:

    1. I'd ease up ont he clarity slider - she looks a bit too glow-y on the face for my taste
    2. For me, I prefer it cropped in from the left - ymmv. But I'd play with the crop a little and see how you can use those awesome trees :)

Thanks Don, D3 and Diva. The glowy thing is a little much for me as well Diva. My quick edit was clicking the glamor glow 'button' in NIK color efex without an regard to where it was being applied or how much. Nothing else was done to the image before posting. I was tired after a long fun day of shooting for several different jobs/projects and didn't feel like spending too much time with it but wanted to post. On the cropping I will try to play around with that a bit and see how it looks. What's ymmv? I'm a little slow :-)

Love it. I personally don't do the glow but if ever the was a type of photo it was designed for is a photo like this one. And... I bet you 5 bucks that she and her family LOVE it with the glow.

BTW, that tree and location was made for photography!

Thank you. Yeah I knew I'd be using that tree when I saw it. Have a feeling it will show up in my photos again.

Thanks Qarik. What do you mean by missing some orange/yellow?

the skin tones see a bit too brown/magenta-ish? (on my uncalibrated monitor)

It's that preset in Nik ColorFX - glow + slight desat. Gotta admit, it's not one of my favorites.........................

Foques and Diva, Thanks for the feedback. I hope to get to the editing process for this session over the weekend and will post the results to see if you all like it any better.
