Gallery is empty on iphone

I've had some issues since I migrated my site. I typically create sharegroups to share with parents on my kids sports teams. I work with unlisted, private galleries since some parents don't like having their children's pictures posted. I've been doing this for more than 4 years without incident. Since I have migrated I have been getting numerous messages that the links don't work, the pictures don't appear, or error windows pop up...

Since migrating I've personally seen two specific, repeatable problems.

One on internet explorer people seem to get stack errors - apparently cleaning the cache can fix this, but it seems to be a recurring problem. So the error appears, you clear the cache, things are fine for a short period of time and then the error reappears....

Second, on iphones (doesn't seem to be a problem on ipads) I have galleries show up as empty. They work fine on other devices, but on the iphone it just shows nothing and states "Gallery is empty"

Any one else having a similar problem?

One more update - this is definitely related to the security settings. I reset the passwords of the gallery and the folder holding the gallery and the images now show up with the iphone.

These images are being accessed through a password protected share - with the checkbox for access password protected galleries clicked. But for some reason resetting the passwords fixed the issue. Hope this helps others who might have this problem - and the hero's to track down any potential problem....

    Stack errors still persist...

What version of IE is this issue happening with? If it is not the current version of IE please update to the newest and let us know if that makes a difference. Also when you say "Private" galleries do you really mean private or are you referring to unlisted or password protected galleries? The reason I ask is that private galleries are only seen by the account owner and no one else will see them.

Sorry I meant Unlisted and password protected.

I can replicate this with IE8. I have not checked with later versions. Unfortunately I don't have much control over which browsers others use to access the site...
