Can I watermark "ALL" my images at one time on smugmug or do I have to go into each gallery/folder separately? I thought you could do them all at once but not seeing that feature. Thanks so much

You need to place them on a per gallery basis. If you go to the gallery settings, you can automate this process for future uploads to include a watermark, but for now, if you have multiple galleries with no watermarks, they will need to be 'added' on a per gallery basis.

Well that sucks :P In the "Old version" you could select "ALL" galleries, folders etc and set pricing, watermarks etc at one time. With as many galleries/folders as I have....that's going to be one time suck. That was a nice feature they removed.

As far as I know this hasn't changed. Watermarking always needed to be done a gallery at a time.

Actually - you could edit prices "and" watermarking and all the different things for "ALL" galleries in the old version/platform. I'm still hoping you can here and I'm just not looking in the right place.

You can still edit the settings for many galleries at once. What you couldn't do in legacy smug and can't do in new smug is to apply new watermarks to multiple galleries at once.
    • To change the settings for multiple galleries, go to Organize.
    • Open a folder.
    • Click the galleries you'd like to change, then click settings.
See the bulk gallery settings section of this help page - http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/1210667-organize.

Actually, there are still some bugs in this option. I can select multiple galleries in a folder, but the changes don't stick. I was trying to change the watermark on several galleries and set the option, but the watermark didn't change so I have to do it one gallery at a time

Changing the settings on galleries only applies to new uploads to that gallery. The photos already in the gallery must be watermarked one gallery at a time. This was the same on the legacy SmugMug and I agree, it is not optimal. If you decide y ou want to remake your watermark, it means going into each and every gallery to apply it.

The watermark setting in gallery settings is only for new uploaded photos. To change a watermark
you've always had to do each gallery one at a time.
Edit: see Colleen beat me to it. :D

Just adding my two cents (and subscribing to the thread ;-)...Bummer. I also wish WMs could be added to existing photos in bulk at the gallery/folder level. That's a big deal if you are changing watermarks at any point (as I am now). I've got about 85 galleries to go through...
