Larger thumbs in Organizer

Need larger thumbs in organizer, or add a thumb slider that adjust's the sizes of the thumb's similar to what Adobe Lightroom has.

+1 on that & we also need the file names to show in organizer sorting photos of plants that are nearly but not identical has become impossible without the filenames being visible.

I've been saying for years that every tool (or whatever they're called in New Smug) needs to have the same info available under the thumb, rather than the haphazard behavior that's gone on for years & seems to be continuing: where some tools (and even some ordering pages!!) have no filename, or filenames overlap & become un-readable, or there's no caption (at least on hover, the caption should show as well as the filename) or the thumbs are too small, or all three issues. Whatever info can't be placed under the thumbs for some reason should be there when you hover. And we need to know what to expect; i.e. have that info. there every time we need to do a task in our galleries.

Adjustable icon size in the organizer
This probably doesn't belong at the top of the to-do list, but having been working with a new gallery of about 200 pictures on a 24" 1920 x 1200 screen for the last week, I think being able to adjust the icon size in the organizer would be really nice. I often end up tweaking the order manually via the organizer after uploading. On my monitor, those icons can get a little small to work with after a while.

Area you talking about the thumbnails here? If so, I believe there's already a request somewhere for this... it may be combined with another request about organizer display. But yes, there've been many complaints that the thumbs are too small to identify in many cases, and should also have filenames & titles on hover as additional ways to identify them.

Larger Thumbnails in Organizer
I would like an option of larger thumbnails in the organizer.

The organizer is the only way to arrange the pictures and it's too hard to see what they are at the current size.
They should at least be the same size as the thumbnails in the galleries.

We used to be able to drag the order right in the gallery view when logged in.

When a browser is opened up to full screen size on 4K and 5K monitors in Organizer mode, the photo icons will be almost too small to see what they are, much less be able to read the details under them (if that is switched on). There will be more of a need for scalable Organizer icon sizes as we see the popularity of larger and denser screen sizes. They are very small on 1920 x 1200 right now.

I like the idea of a Lightroom-like slider as well.

In the meantime, remember that in most browsers, you can set the magnification level to greater than 100% and the thumbs will scale up. This is especially useful on very-high resolution monitors.

Wellllllllllll technically we did take some action: the photos used in the Organizer are now "Small" sizes scaled down. Previously it had been the Ti/Th's, and we added the ability to toggle between Square and Original Aspect ratio. Moving to the Smalls paves the way for us to increase the size or offer a toggle.

I usually use the browser's internal + sizing ability to bigly-size the thumbs organizer representations. That said, I'd also love a built-in size slider.
