[FIXED] Hiding a gallery from my assistant

I have asked Smugmug about this and haven't got anywhere with it.

We have set up a site for the school booster to use to upload pictures to so parents can look at their kids playing sports.

Here is the problem, when I built the site I uploaded pictures to a gallery that I used for the home page of the site. I am afraid that when we give out the assistant password to the parents to upload pictures, they can also see that unlisted gallery that I have set up for the front page of the site. I am concerned that some parent might pull a dumb ass move and mess around with that gallery.

I would like to know how I can protect that gallery? If I used smugmug vault, would that be able to protect that gallery from the assistant?

This one got me thinking, so I went and set a password for an assistant and noticed that there were things that I would not want an assistant to be able to do, with no means of curtailing their activity, so I removed the assistant password and found another bug.

If the assistant password is removed and then the settings are saved, you can still login through the assistant password!

If you're looking to allow uploading, and uploading only, try our guest upload option: http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/526320

This will give the person with that link the ability to upload to the gallery that the guest upload link was created for. They won't be able to access any unlisted galleries, or have any additional access, other than uploading to that gallery.
