I get to see our pair of Bald Eagles at the local lake in New Jersey do stunning flybys every so often, but only once in a very, very great while am I actually there for something like this. I'm still thrilled!

Thanks so much, Harry and Jeff, for the very kind claps! I know the images are not close to Audubon quality, but given that I only had my 300 f5.6 with me and it was just before sunset, I'm grateful to have a record of such a spectacular sighting!
Pear, I would sure be thrilled too!!!!! Way to go! I wish we had Eagles but no such luck. Terrific job of being there and catching the action!!! Best, Pam
Hi Pacificklaus and Pam! many thanks for your kind comments! I'm still thrilled to have seen this in the wild state of New Jersey... . I'll remember this one for a long time.
