You can click Customize > Choose New Design to change the main site design/template at any time. I think that is what you are wanting to do. We use the word "Themes" to indicate color/font/styling. That can be edited by going to Customize > Customize site, clicking the Theme heading, and choosing a new theme, clicking the Create button to create a custom theme, or by clicking the wrench icon next to the currently selected theme.

I have a question about choosing a new Site Design. My site is set up the way I want it, but I'd like to experiment with a new theme and I'm afraid to. If I do choose another one, will I loose the menus I've created on the old one or will they carry over? What about any CSS I've added?
