Turn off display of Alt Tags

I have my site set up to display galleries in Collage Landscape and to display the caption and title on the bottom of the photo when I hover over it. Now when I hover over the photo it also displays the Alt tag which is distracting and also redundant since the same information is showed in the bottom bar of the photo, is there anyway to turn off the display of the Alt Tag?

    Turn off display of Alt Tags off everywhere but for Ti and Th thumbnails and whatever
    is that new size of thumbs is in NewSmug smugmug style.
