Mixing folders/galleries in menu

I will try and explain this as straighgt forward as I can.
The scenario is...
In my menu I have two menu items. One menu item (called Galleries) only contains Galleries.
The other menu item(called Friends and Family) contains both folders and galleries.
If I use just 'All Folders' the other menu has to take on the same characteristics as the 'Galleries' menu.
I would like for when choose Friends & Family it goes to page where it displays folders/galleries. But I also would like to change the heading to Friends and Family. Right now the title is set to 'Galleries'.
My question is should I create a page for the 'Friends and Family' so I can customize each menu item separately?
