Remove filename/Caption text that appears on hover of image

Can someone provide some guidance on how to remove the little white box that pops up when hovering over a photo. Prefer that it be a site wide setting. I've enabled the bottom bar so am covered there but I can't seem to get rid of the pesky little box that sometimes displays the file name and other times, displays the caption of the photo.

Nevermind -- Apparently these are called Alt Tags. I found my answer here
