I did this a while back for a challenge elsewhere.
I had to incorporate the frame to make it work, but hey, that's what PS is there for.

    Sorry Dave, To comment on the shot, It was a great find and the composition works well with the border. the colours are calm colours too adding to the feeling of peace.
