Nothing shows below top level in Browse

I'm playing with the new customization (hating that all my custom code no longer works). I'm in preview mode.

When I click "Browse" I get the images of folders. When I click on a folder I get a blank page - whether the content is another list of folders or a gallery.

Possibly I deleted something important during modification of my theme. If so, how do I get it back?

Solved it. I had deleted the 'gallery' content block. Putting it back gave me subordinate galleries.
