All galleries Not showing since migration

We migrated our galleries site on Tuesday and since then not all the galleries show up. I was able to get weddings to show by creating a folder for them but one they show in alphabetical order and not the order in which they were loaded into the gallery with the most recent being closer to the top (we want the most recent at the top) and two and the biggest problem is that there are only 6 of out 100 portrait galleries below showing up. We see them when logged in as an admin but someone going to the site can not see them to view the galleries. Only 6 random galleries show up. no rhyme or reason as to why those were chosen.
Extremely frustrated because got a response from Smug Mug today and they sent me a link to the progress of things an NOTHING in the link says anything about the original email that was sent re the galleries not showing up. It only says something about the website responding slow, which it does but that is not my biggest concern right now. I really want the galleries to just show up and worry about the responsiveness later. HELP?!?!?!

I have figured out since first post that the only galleries that are showing up when you go to our site are the folders and galleries that do not have a password. We want to still make them available for everyone to see but just ask for a password when they enter. They are listed as Inheriting (public) in the settings and require a password but they do not show up at all on the page unless I am logged in.

none of them are unlisted - all are inheriting (public).

Can you send us a reply on the current e-mail you sent recently or send us another one at help@smugmug.com so we can try and troubleshoot with you. We will need some links and perhaps even passwords to a couple of the passworded galleries. It is best to do this in an e-mail rather than post it here in the public forum. You would not want to share the password with the public here to your galleries you want to keep private.
