Clickable Banner Error

As I've been creating my site, I've encountered an error with my clickable banner.
I uploaded the header, which works fine, and set it to return to my "Home" page when clicked, which also works fine, except when clicked from my "About Me" page. When you've clicked my "About Me" link, it takes you to that page, and then if you click the banner from that screen, instead of taking you to my "Home" page, like it does on all the other pages, it takes you to a page containing only my private Smugmug files. I have made sure those albums are made private, however the page now just says "No Galleries Found".
Any recommendations on how I can fix this problem? Thank you!
