Nice shooting conditions! Slippery ball and hard to grab a guy's legs in the tackle makes for sloppy games. Our pitch in Oregon would be a mud bog by February or March for very sloppy play.

At high ISO does noise reduction try to eliminate raindrops, or are they too big and therefore recognized as not noise? These are nice balance of less noise but still showing the rain.

    Hi Photobiker. Thank you :).
You seem to be my only viewer/friend/liker on this forumthumb.gif.
I think these bloody rain drops due to their size could in no way be mistaken for noisene_nau.gif. The floodlights where actually quite good as they turned them all on due to the TV being there!, (normally they are @ 3/4 capacity & you lose over a stop & a halfeek7.gif).
I have another game on Thursday night so here's hoping it at least stays dryer :D. Kind regards Graham.
    Graham.
