Pages, Galleries & Folders oh my!

I am likely over thinking this, but have yet to really figure it out. Here is the scenario. I will be uploading photos by one photographer into their own "section" so they are not confused with my own. Within that, they will need to be separated by location then year. Possibly even further broken down but not sure yet. How simple is this? I have not yet unveiled, still trying to figure out how things all work.

Create a top folder using the photographer's name. In that folder create location folders. In each location
folder create year folders or galleries.

You could in the top folder add multiple folder boxes to act like an index for his whole section.
