Homepage scrolling

Hola,
So I can't figure out how to get my homepage to stop scrolling. There's just a bunch of deadspace at the bottom. Any ideas?

Everywhere. The entire homepage scrolls unnecessarily.

I checked all the browsers I have available and it's not scrolling here at all unless i make the browser window short. Then it scrolls to a bit past the bottom of your sidebar, but it stops. And the background image stays fixed the whole time
