Looper (Bridge Over The River Kwai)....

OK, shoddy title I know, but I had to get the subject and the description into it!

Here is a little looper, maybe a sawfly larva rather than a caterpillar, but the position on the leaf where the centre vein runs made me think of a bridge across a river, hence that bloody daft title!

    Hehe, at the title :D.

Good one mate. Lovely shot. Ya know it's really weird though because I see the eyes below but what I also see is an elderly persons face. Honestly, two eyes at the extremes, a nose in the middle, jowls on cheeks and a mouth full of teeth at the bottom.

I can see that too m8. The others are around too, but I'll stick them here as well:

2 or 3 more, including one where a little springtail is making it's way underneath the looper too..

Superb shots mate. The first in this set is bloody fantastic. The little spring tail in there too just shows the abilities of not just the kit but the photographer.

The 3rd one is FREAKY.. it's staring RIGHT at me with that creepy old man face LMAO :D
