How can I get a REFUND from SM

I opened 2 PRO accounts with SmugMug for a Non-Profit orgaization and had them pay 2x$300=$600

I am trying to set up the sites only to discover bugs, months after the SM2 has been opened (now in Sept, 2013). I had spent MANY hrs trying to make this thing work, but there are bugs, such as Gallery settings "Open from current folder" do not work, or custom URL, which switches to SM from my domain, when entering a Gallery, etc. etc.

I want to cancel both accounts and get a full refund of the $600 spent. What is the process for this?
