Custom URL Problem

Hi there,
I created a parent category called 'Mobile' and a gallery inside this called 'Mobile'.
When I click on the parent 'Mobile' content block I want it to display my images rather than opening a sub-page with the gallery content block.
I managed to find a settings menu within 'Organise Site' and I thought I was on to a winner as there is a custom URL field so instead of
http://www.stevencrossphotos.com/Mobile
I wanted to use the following
http://www.stevencrossphotos.com/Mobile/Mobile
However when I type in Mobile/Mobile it returns a field validation error saying
"30 alphanumeric characters or less with no spaces"
Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue. I wanted to skip the middleman and I did it by setting the Link (in Customization) go to the custom URL to the gallery page instead of the parent folder. Which is I think what you are saying. (?) It works, but the above thread might present a better solution for you.
I managed to solve the problem I was having by doing the following i.e.
"You can do that by going to Organize > Organize site. Find your Mobile gallery (not the folder) and drag that to your name at the top of the tree. That will put the gallery in the "top level" of your site. You could now delete the mobile folder if you like. Now, when you click the Browse button on your homepage, you'd see a list of your folders, and then galleries in the top level beneath that. Clicking the Mobile gallery would then take you directly to the gallery."
Glad this helped you out!
