WTB: "Blue Crane" DVD guide for the D300, D300 guide books. Just acquired D300, need help in rapidly learning how to best use it. Thanks.

    Found ( on the way to me) guide books, but still seeking the "Blue Crane" D300 DVD series. Sometimes I learn more by watching than reading.
