Invalid URL Sometimes?

Hi,

I've had a look around and see a few people have had this problem recently.

Sometimes when I go to my domain (photos.265th.org.uk) I get
Invalid URL

The requested URL "/", is invalid.
Reference #9.65d8df5a.1379514185.3375702

I then go to refresh the page and it works and so on. It seem every time a page is loaded, it either displays as should, or I get an error similar to above. Refresh, or click on another link and it changes.

I'm not the post technical savvy person, although I know a bit. I've double checked the settings and they're as below:

Any help would be much appreciated!

Cheers!!

I had a look at your subdomain photos.265th.org.uk, and you have duplicate records set up for that subdomain, which would cause some intermittent fail when you access it. What I'd recommend is to login with your domain host and go to manage the DNS setup for your domain (265th.org.uk). Try removing the photos A record (you only need the CNAME record pointed at domains.smugmug.com, the A record is unnecessary for subdomains). Then, within a few hours, you should start seeing the domain resolve properly when you access it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help!

I've deleted the A record and all seemed well. However it's now started doing the same thing again and giving me an invalid URL error. Any more suggestions / ideas?

    All help is gratefully received.

    Cheers!
