I've read my share of threads and have found conflicting information on whether or not these features are working. Here's what I'm trying to accomplish before I unveil. I appreciate any help you can offer.
and as a wishlist Item,
Have a link that asks clients for gallery name and password and take them directly to that gallery.
- Have main home page use images from an unlisted gallery.
- Have main home page have links to Smart galleries that pull images from unlisted/password protected galleries.
- Keyword images in Unlisted/Password protected galleries and have them update in a timely manner.
- be able to send clients with a link to their Unlisted/password protected gallery.

2. Unlisted galleries will not show on the homepage
3. Keywords can be added to unlisted passworded galleries but will be blocked from search results.
4. You can use the get a link feature to send your clients links to their unlisted passworded galleries.

You can use sharegroups. It will take them right to the galleries you want them to see. You can add a password to the sharegroup and the galleries.

2. Not sure I worded that correctly. What I'm looking to do is create a link on the menu directly to a specific gallery. Would this link work with an unlisted gallery? right now it looks like it does but I see "(unlisted)" next to the link. will the words "unlisted" still be on their once I reveal?
3. Thanks, I have read threads saying that keywords aren't always working or the smart galleries not updating quickly. Don't know if they're up to date or not.
4. Great!
Wish list. I'm not sure that came across correctly either. what I'd like to be able to do is rather than email a link directly to their gallery, link to the home page and have them click on a link that says "proofing" or whatever... and have that take them to a form where they input some credentials. and have that take them to their gallery.
