Change picture spacing for all galleries?

I feel stupid for not finding this, but I have to believe there's one spot to change the spacing between pictures in all of my galleries. Can someone please tell me where to find it?

You can change the spacing for folders but as far as I know there isn't currently a way to specify the spacing between photos in galleries.
