Hi, I'm trying to design my new SmugMug site and when I put my galleries on the welcome page the watermarks show on the gallery preview for each gallery. It looks ugly with watermarks. It doesn't look as pretty as what Smug Mug shows for samples. Support says there is no way around this except to turn my watermarks off which is crazy. Does anybody know a work around this?

The easiest way I found to do this is to set up a hidden gallery, make sure it has watermarks turned off, and then upload cover images to that gallery. I then select what cover image I want via the gallery settings menu in the organizer.

I did it for all my "folder" covers. See my homepage for an example.
