I have changed all gallery settings to not show file names. When i drag single and multiple photos onto a page and hover the mouse over the photo, the file name shows. Why is it doing this? is there another setting i need to change?

That's because you're logged on, if you log out the filename tooltips won't appear.

Yes, I find this really annoying too!

In my case the filenames were showing because these appeared in the "title" box for the photos, though why I don't know. So I started deleting the filenames from the title box but then the whole caption, sometimes quite long, appeared as the "tooltip" instead - even more annoying...

Now I write a short title which appears as the tooltip so as not to obscure half the image when the cursor is hovering over the photo which is better but still not ideal.

In my case, it makes no difference whether I am logged in to the site or not - the tooltip still appears ne_nau.gif

    Cheers, Geoff
