Single Image upload failing

Hi, I wonder if anyone else is having this problem and what the solution may be. I am using the SmugMug plugin with Lightroom5. The plugin is the most current version. I uploaded 28 images: all but one uploaded. I then republished to have the last one uploaded, failed again. In fact, although still displayed in the "Modified Photos to Republish", it keeps on failing. Original is an NEF file. Dialog box states: "Upload Failed (1) 20130817-078.NEF"

Any ideas?

Publish failures (where some images upload and others don't) aren't common and I really need to be able to examine your account to help diagnose this problem.

Please raise a support ticket by mailing us at help @ smugmug.com. Please also include a link to the gallery that's failing to update.
