How can I reduce the space between images

I know it must be there somewhere but can't find how to reduce the space between images in galleries using the collage style:((
Example http://www.carolineshipsey.co.uk/Places/Mendip-Landscapes
I get the message area reserved for default smugmug content - what am I missing?

Customize Site>All Folders>Galleries Block> Hit the wrench Icon> Choose Display Tab> Spacing Between Photos - choose your pixel spacing in the dropdown.

Thank you but that only alters the spacing between the Galleries NOT the images in the galleries:( - Unless you can show me differently??
