Same here. Both potential subjects are motion blurred and/or OOF. It doesn't work for me. Also the horizontal stripes in the bg make me think of corrugated metal, like they are inside a warehouse or something.

An "accurate" reproduction of a scene and a good photograph are often two different things.
Just playing with some ideas and textures. Extracted these two players from a night game I shot and had to enlarge it severely so lost some quality. The horizontal lines are the visitors bleachers. Doing another daylight game this Sat so should have some better files to play with. Thanks for looking and the comments.
