Recent Photos - sort field?

Is there a way to control the sorting for a Multiple Photos content block (New Smugmug)?

In particular, when I choose "Recent Photos" for the "Select From" field - it seems to be sorting based on Date Modified, descending. I'd prefer to sort on Date Taken, descending - is this possible?

I don't have an answer for you but it is interesting that smugmug chose the default of descending (logical) for the Recent Photos.
If you choose Gallery Settings of Manual Sort the default for newly uploaded pictures is ascending (illogical).

I'm all in favor of more choices. We have lost a lot of them!

I don't believe it is possible to specify the order of the photos in a recent photos block. It's probably worth entering a request in the SmugMug Feature Requests forum.
