Titles cut off in Choose/Pick a gallery - How do I fix that?

So I have learned how to fix the titles in regular galleries and folders from others CSS code, but I am trying to figure out how to make sure that the long titles I have for my galleries don't keep getting cut off in the gallery picker (Choose a Gallery) dialog? I have clients that I work with who are frustrated since the long names of the galleries get cut off in "Choose a Gallery" dialogs...

Whe I examine the elements, it seems like the layout is called the "picker" layout, but can't quite get the right css to let the titles overflow so you can see the whole title...(see photo below)...

Any ideas?
