Allow thumbnail size adjustment in galleries

Currently the thumbnail size in Smugmug style, seems small to me. Please add a medium and large thumbnail size option, at least for this gallery style and maybe the others that would accommodate this function.

EDIT: Maybe the best variation would be stretchy.

Smugmug's motto was make your photos big and beautiful, seems they did just the opposite for
the Smugmug style gallery. Lots of wasted space. Especially the right and left chevrons and area.
