taking days to upload files

I've been trying since Sunday night to upload files to a new gallery. It's still working on them. Is there something going on?

    I see there are quite a lot of upload failures in your upload log (go into your Account Settings > Stats > then click Details next to Uploads). The errors say Incomplete File. This usually means there is a connection problem on your end. Please email the help desk and we can troubleshoot that for you.

    You may want to try resetting your router and plugging in directly instead of uploading via WiFi.
