Multiple select and security?

Hi all, two quick questions:

1. In organise, can you select multiple images, other than just clicking on them one by one? I've got about 50 images to move!
2. Where can I set the default security settings for the site - as in web searchable etc.?

I think you can hold down the cntl key and select multiple.

Look in your account settings. Discovery > search
