Unique URL, Shopping Cart Issues

Hi, I have a problem with my site. I purchased a unique URL, printed business cards, the whole 9 yards, but there is an unfortunately issue which prevents access to the shopping cart. My clients tell me they are able to load items into the shopping cart, but once they try to "check out" the website will not take them to the shopping cart. I contacted smugmug, who helpfully told me that issue was the unique URL, and recommended I now give clients my .smugmug.com address and that has resolved the issue for now. However, I would still like to use the unique URL that I went through the trouble of registering and purchasing. Also, I am loath to print more business cards with the cumbersome .smugmug.com address on them.

Has anyone had similar issues?
Has this issue been resolved?
Can a smugmug rep. perhaps give an estimate as to when this "bug" will be fixed.

What is the "unique" url?

I wonder if you purchased a custom domain name from a domain name provider, but then configured it so that it would "frame" your site? (basically, only http://www.yourwebsite.com/ stays in the address bar no matter which page you browse to, it doesn't change to show the details of the currently selected page properly).

If that's the case, you could change the setup of your custom domain name to fix that (you would be changing it to the configuration that SmugMug actually requires). Who is your domain name provider?

For what it's worth, I was able to add items to my cart (from this gallery) using your custom domain name, and click the "checkout" button just fine.

the Heros told me the they were working on the problem several weeks ago, but signified no way of when the problem would be resolved.

Thanks for the help folks. Hopefully my clients have the same experience and are able to complete purchase. ....Truth be told, I never had a problem using the shopping cart when logged out of my account. I wondered briefly if my clients were merely using the website incorrectly, but then the smugmug heros team confirmed that there was an actual issue...
