How To Remove Pop Up Titles on Mouse Over?

Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm talking about the yellow box that appears over a photo in a gallery a few seconds after the mouse stops on it as seen in the castle photo on my screenshot. I find these a serious eye sore. Thanks for any help!

I guess that's a no. Disappointing as these pop up continuously as someone scrolls down.

As far as I know that is controlled by the browser and not Smugmug. I think there was a javascript to hide that, but you can't use Javascript in the new SM.

This is because SmugMug adds the "alt=<image title>" and "title="<image title>" HTML tags to all of your images. In IE and Chrome there is no way to customize the alt/title overlay that you're seeing. However, Firefox (and apparently) Safari will conform to whatever settings you've given in the IMG CSS attributes. You can give it a color and a text size, for example, to help negate it. I don't know if this will work because I use Chrome and cannot test it (and don't feel like downloading Firefox):
