Glass was clear this morning (-6f) so I cheated! :D
Boiled a kettle of water and placed it on the porch!!:rofl

Hey it worked....:dunno
Mind you I don't have a expensive fast lens....just a cheap 28-80mm Canon with a Canon 250D Close-up....I didn't use the 12mm ext tube today.

Dunno if the are much better than the ones from yesterday but this is what I got.

    By the way
I'm VERY interested in how to change the BG on these to solid black or solid DK Blue in CS2.headscratch.gif
It would make these look a 1000x better!!

These two are great! You could have moved in a little closer -- the background adds so much interest and depth here to the frost.

By a little closer I don't mean a lot. I think having the frost in different patterns tells the story better than the darker background images with only one frost pattern.

I bet you could sell these two! I can't even decide which one I like best!

    Now about those icicles... rolleyes1.gif

    Thanx!
    Those are the 2 uncropped.
Wish the BG was a bit cleaner but that's what I had to work with.

If I could replace the BG on the others with a soild color they would be wicked kewl!

    Thanx Fred!:D
At the time I never really thought of those 2 as being the best.
Was too busy trying to get in close.ne_nau.gif

But then again I was freezing my --- off and just wanted to get the shots before the sun thawed em out.
Once the sun came up it only took a matter of a coupla minutes and the glass was clear!umph.gif
