Shades of early autumn

A couple from the garden this weekend. A pale tussock caterpillar working its way steadily through the herbacious border and an empty nymph case from the pond. The empty case reminds me of the suits of armour in country houses.


Both with Canon 1DX and 100 mm with 600 EX and diffuser.
