Is there a list of CSS classes and containers?

I understand the basics of CSS coding but I'm struggling with trying to identify the correct classes and containers to call up.

Is there a site map / list of classes and containers somewhere to help me along?

Using a tool like 'Firebug' from Firefox is handy to find classes.

Thanks Mike, I've been using web developer for Firefox but there's a heck of a lot of classes and its a wee bit confusing. Just wondered if there was a diagram of sorts that kind of illustrates the site's hierarchy.

To my knowledge, there is no list of CSS ids/classes.

Smugocity tried to put together a list but it got too confusing. I have a list of a number of tweaks in the following thread, which helps, but as far as I know (and reiterating Mike), nobody has put anything together.
