Cannot create albums on the site via plug-in

Hi there

I am having several troubles with the new plug-in R2.0.4 as well. I am using Lightroom 5.2 (via Adobe-CC) if that matters.

The first and the most frustrating part is that when I create a "gallery" in my plugin, and hit PUBLISH button, I get an error. On previously created galleries, I can add more photos and publish but simply cannot create new galleries.

I already tried moving the plugin to a separate directory, retarting LR, nothing helps and this has brought my work to a standstill.

I've tried it several times now, but to no avail. Here are my Publish Manager settings...

Hi Vivek,

Can you please do the following...


1. Enable logging for the plugin..


2. Restart LR

3. Resave the gallery that isn't being created

4. Locate the "SmugMug LrPublish.log" file in your Documents directory

5. Paste the content here.

I should also mention that dgrin is not official SmugMug support, if you have time critical issues you should contact the helpdesk.

Hi David, thanks. I've already contacted Smugmug support and got an email for another thing to try. If it does not fix the issue, I shall do what you asked me to and paste the contents here later tonight.
