Hide Owner AND Hide header/footer

If I hide the SmugMug logo and header info and remove the footer info on the entire site, then I lose the ability to also Hide the Owner information on a specific gallery. Basically if I go into the gallery settings and turn on "Hide Owner" then my header and footer come back. It seems it's either or but not both. Any ideas?

Hide Owner by definition hides all traces of you. The URL changes to www.smugmug.com and you get the smug default header and footer. No customization will show.

There are three things that Hide Owner will adjust.

1) At the very top of this image, the URL is circled. Hide Owner will remove the nickname from your URL and make it completely SmugMug.

2) You can see that the custom Banner has been replaced with the SmugMug banner. This will also remove all customization on the page.

3) There are no links to the homepage any longer, just the gallery name.
