Homepage background image not stretching on IE

I migrated to the new Smugmug using the Dina template with a fully stretched background image. It's working fine on Safari and Chrome but the background image isn't stretching beyond the left sidebar on Internet Explorer. Can anyone help with how to fix this? Thanks

Which version of Internet Explorer? What you might be seeing is Internet Explorer's lack of support of transparent backgrounds (used to see through your nav-bar) in the earlier, unsupported versions.

Wasigan - did you ever find a fix for this? I've run into the same thing with IE8. I see the problem in IE8 but not in IE10. Don't know about IE9 or other versions. The BG image does not stretch...I don't think it has anything to do with transparency...at least on my side.

Internet Explorer 8 doesn't support stretching backgrounds, and it's not a browser that SmugMug supports.
