Add To Cart button in lightbox does not work

I just had a customer contact me because clicking the Add To Cart button didn't do anything and he didn't understand how to purchase a print from me. After testing for myself I see that the Add To Cart button that is visible in the Lightbox does not do anything. Since customers will frequently be in the Lightbox when making a decision to purchase this button really needs to work please.

Hi Lori,
Your "Add to Cart" button in Lightbox just worked for me.
Just a thought - perhaps your customer was using an unsupported or not-fully-supported browser? I was using Firefox and XP.

Thank you beardedgit but it did not work for me and I tested it myself using Chrome (logged out and using a different computer, as if I were a customer). I certainly hope that Chrome is a supported browser.

Maybe because...the photo he was attempting to purchase was located in an old gallery that was migrated to the new SM, not a new gallery created with the new setup?

Can you link to the photo involved? If it's a private gallery, you can PM me with it, or contact one of the support heroes instead who will be able to look at that gallery for you.

It must've been a weird glitch that has now corrected. I just tested it again and this time it worked.
I know it didn't work earlier because I tested my site myself to see why the customer was having a problem and discovered where the problem was (that he was trying to purchase from lightbox and not gallery). I don't know the specific image, only that it was a desert image from this folder http://www.loricareyphoto.com/Stock-Images-Older-Work/Nature-and-Landscapes and two of the galleries that I checked in that folder had the same problem.

Hopefully it is fixed permanently and not an intermittent problem, I didn't hear back from the (potential) customer after apologizing and explaining to purchase from the gallery instead of the lightbox, so it looks like a lost sale for me.

It's currently working for me too, so hopefully it was a problem that has been solved now...
