Help desk emails are answered in the order we receive them. We are currently allowing for 24 hours, but the response time at this moment is faster than that. Somewhere in the 12 hour ballpark, perhaps a bit less. We are sorry for the delay and hope to get the response time much much lower as soon as we can.

Just curious ... how long should one wait for support/feedback?
That's a bit of an imponderable. Do you mean a question asked in these forums or a an email direct to the helpdesk?
