Change font color for a certain page only

Appreciate should someone let me know how to change the font color for a certain page only. I'm adding some text to a side bar for a specific page. Because of the background color of that page, I need to change the font color for that page, while maintaing the black font for the rest of the pages. Thanks

    Look in your page source for the specific page class. Use this in your CSS to specify only that page.

    Hi Allen I'm lost as my coding skill is very limited.
