Hi Guys..

I have moved over to the new SmugMug from Legacy...I wrongly assumed that apart from a few tweaks i would be able to transfer over seamlessly to the new look....however...

things are never that easy are they.....my question.....I have set up everything as I want it (part from a few pages i am yet to add as new to my website...) but when going into my folders...i then have try to link to my galleries...and nothing!! no photos....In my access i can see it...but as a client..nothing is there....can ANYONE Help....this is my business and I am losing sales because i can't seem to find the galleries...

my Website link is http://stevewallequestrianphotog.smugmug.com

I do seem to have linked some galleries to folders...for example the TREC folders...but they are on the same page rather than opening a seperate page (which is what i want)...but these same galleries appear in other folders when i dont want them too....any help will be very much appreciated....

please try and keep it simple..i am a photographer...not a programmer :wink:wink

    Hi SWEP,

I was able to take a look at your Site. It does look like you have fixed this navigation issue as I can navigate from your menu through to a gallery.

If you get a blank page, you will want to check what is set up in your customizer. For the "All Folders" option you can often add a "Folders, Galleries and Pages" Block to ensure anything will display on this page that may be there.

If you are still stuck, either post an update here with an example or email the help desk where we can give out more specific details regarding your site.

    Thanks -Scott

When I go to your site, all the pages that I viewed displayed the images
    without a problem.

If you don't mind a comment about the site, I don't think those rectangular
thumbnails on the Eventing page represent your images very well. They
cut off the images top-and-bottom. You have a headless, hoofless horse
jumping a fence but a good view of the midsection.

Also, the individual images in each gallery are very small. Too much of the
page is background black and too little is photograph. Yes, I can click to
the full-size image, but the small images don't give incentive to click.

Your images deserve a better setting.

I can't find it now but there is a custom code to move up the thumbnail image, which then brings in the heads (of horses or humans, I think). Perhaps someone can post the link to the code.

    Love horses, I do.
