Backup Of My Site Question???

I can't find anything on here or on smugmug.com, but we used to have the option of getting a backup of all of our photos to DVD and it mailed to us.

I thinking about doing a massive overhaul to my site, reorganizing galleries, cutting back on some of the images, and almost completly starting from scratch. So I would like to get all my imaged on DVD or DVDs, to help reorganize and reupload once my site is all anew.

Do we have this option? Or is there a way to download full site with out picking gallery by gallery to get everything.

Thanks Andy, Yeah I know it has been a while since we have had that option, but they say they are looking for another DVD supplier to do that. First I couldn't find the help section with the new look of the website, so I asked here. Secondly, I really wish we had an option that would allow the people paying hundreds of dollars a year to download more than one gallery at a time. It crazy to think of sitting at my computer downloading zip files for over three hundred galleries.

Respectfully, I think we deserve a better option.
