Bug in creating a new gallery

When a new gallery is created by uploading photos to a new gallery on a page different from the folder in which the gallery should be belong to, that gallery can't be open after the photos are uploaded. Although a box will ask which parent folder the gallery should belong to, the gallery can't be open although it is created in the correct folder.
